Franchise Next Steps
If you’re ready and serious about franchising, We are just a phone call away..
Our goal is simple … deliver the best youth sports experience in the market and be recognized as an industry leader for doing so. We offer the best quality in youth sports programming by creating a first class experience every season from HUGE team tents, professional sports youth jerseys, game day music, family fun atmosphere and a high level of organization. No one creates youth sports experiences better than ONE Sports Nation. Our system makes a big difference in the lives of our franchise owners and their families by offering our franchise owners the freedom, work/life balance, and financial independence that only come through owning your own home based business powered by 24 hour e-commerce. NO store front, which means no retail hours.
Although we are aggressively growing participation in our programs, only select candidates are invited to join the ONE Family. We have a history of success because we are selective about identifying business leaders and market territories for our system…and it all starts with you expressing interest in the contact form at right.
Our Five Step Process:
Step 1 – RECRUIT
As a RECRUIT, you’ve made an initial contact with us by filling out the contact form at right (hint, hint) to let us know your interested. Not to worry, you aren’t going to be bombarded with emails or calls. Our time is as precious as yours.
Step 2 – INTERVIEW
We’ll reach out to you an have a discussion about your interests, background and more. We can “chop it up” about youth sports and your goals for being in business. We’ll move to Step 3 if it seems like a good fit, otherwise we’ll bench you on the sidelines.
Step 3 – TRY OUTS
Although Try-Outs aren’t a part of our youth sports programming, they do play a role in our franchise system. If our growth plans match your business goals and aptitude, you may be offered an opportunity to complete a short franchise application form – at no cost. Franchise candidates are evaluated based on previous working / business experience. Preferred candidates are outgoing, have a background in coaching, playing sports, or event management and are highly motivated, and highly organized.
At this step, you’ll get an opportunity to review our Franchise Disclosure Statement which outlines every aspect of being a franchise owner with ONE Sports Nation
Step 4 – THE DRAFT
Once your application is received and the FDD receipt is returned, we’ll talk more about the ONE Sports Nation system, including review of our franchise disclosure document. You’ll get an opportunity to ask in depth questions about business ownership with ONE and clarify any aspect of ONE Sports Nation business ownership that interest you.
You’ll also be invited to reach out to existing franchisees and ask questions. We’ll try to pair you up with owners that have a similar background or might be best suited to answer specific questions.
Step 5 – TURN PRO
Lastly, franchise documents are shared and executed. Once the franchise documents are executed, you’ll begin working with the franchise development manger to build your location. You can be taking registrations for your first sport season right away.
We’ll schedule your TRAINING CAMP, which is a 20 week training program that you can complete via the web. We’ll plan to travel to your location during your first season start-up to assist in on-site training. You’ll never have to travel to our corporate offices.
If I’m chosen, how long before my first event?
Once you have been chosen as a candidate, and we have completed a market analysis of your preferred territory, ONE Sports Nation has a 20 week start up for new league locations. Your first event can be as early as 20 weeks away!! (Sooner in some cases)
