One Sports Nation gives users a way to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page applies to OSN Portal and other One Sports Nation services where an OSN account is used to access youth sports registration, team, schedule, order, payment, and league-management tools.
To start a deletion request, email privacy@onesportsnation.com from the email address connected to your OSN account.
How To Request Deletion
Send an email with the subject line Account Deletion Request. To help us locate and verify the account, include:
- The email address used to sign in to OSN Portal or your OSN account
- Your full name
- The sports organization, league, or program connected to the account, if known
- Whether you want to delete only your account access or also request deletion of associated personal data where available
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify personal data associated with your OSN account where deletion is technically and legally available. This may include:
- Account profile information such as name, email address, and phone number
- Authentication records connected to OSN Portal access
- Optional profile images or uploaded account images where available
- Personal data associated with portal use that is not required for league operations, financial records, security, or legal compliance
What May Be Retained
Some information may need to be retained when required to provide league services, maintain legally required records, complete transactions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with law. This may include:
- Payment, refund, order, registration, and transaction records
- League, roster, eligibility, audit, or compliance records needed by an organization using OSN
- Security logs, fraud-prevention records, and system audit logs
- Information that a league, sports organization, or payment processor is required to retain independently
Processing Time
We will acknowledge deletion requests after receiving them and may ask for additional information to verify account ownership. Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days unless additional time is required for legal, security, operational, or compliance reasons.
Effect Of Deletion
Deleting your account may remove your access to OSN Portal and related league services. You may lose access to registrations, orders, team information, schedules, messages, documents, and other account-based features.
