These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the One Sports Nation Account and Sports-Program Notifications program (the “SMS Program”). “OSN,” “One Sports Nation,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to OSN Technologies Corp., doing business as One Sports Nation.
Program Description
The SMS Program sends recurring, non-promotional text notifications to adult OSN account holders who affirmatively opt in. Messages may include:
- Registration, payment, eligibility, or verification status updates
- Roster assignments, team assignments, and changes
- Schedule publication, schedule changes, delays, and cancellations
- Other service-related account or sports-program notifications
The SMS Program is not used for discounts, merchandise promotions, or other marketing messages. If OSN offers promotional messaging in the future, it will require separate consent.
Consent And Enrollment
You enroll by confirming your mobile number and selecting an optional, unchecked consent box in the OSN Participant Portal. By enrolling, you authorize One Sports Nation to send recurring automated account and sports-program text messages to the mobile number you provide.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of OSN. You may decline or dismiss the enrollment prompt and continue using OSN. You are responsible for providing a mobile number that you control and for notifying us if that number changes.
Message Frequency And Charges
Message frequency varies based on your account and sports-program activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s message, data, and other rates and terms govern charges to your mobile account.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any OSN text message to unsubscribe from recurring messages sent through this SMS Program. You may receive one final text confirming that your opt-out has been processed. After that confirmation, OSN will not send further messages through this SMS Program unless you later provide new consent.
You may also disable text notifications through Communication Preferences in the OSN Participant Portal. Opting out of text messages does not change your email or in-app notification preferences.

Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless service and network availability and is not guaranteed. The SMS Program may not be available on every carrier or device.
Privacy
Mobile information, including your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in or consent data, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver and support the SMS Program, or when required by law.

Changes To These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are posted and may provide additional notice when appropriate. If a material change affects the scope of messages covered by your consent, OSN will request new consent when required.
