What OSN Sends
One Sports Nation sends recurring, non-promotional text notifications about an account and the sports programs connected to it. Notifications may include registration or verification status, roster or team assignments and changes, schedule publication and updates, delays, cancellations, and other service-related events.
OSN does not use this program for discounts, merchandise promotions, or other marketing messages.
How Recipients Opt In
Enrollment is available only to an adult OSN account holder through the authenticated Participant Portal. A phone number already stored in an OSN account is not treated as consent. The recipient must take an affirmative action to enable text notifications.
Sign In
The adult account holder signs in to the OSN Participant Portal.
Confirm Number
The account holder confirms or updates the mobile number that will receive messages.
Choose
The account holder selects a separate consent checkbox that is unchecked by default.
Enable
The account holder selects “Enable text notifications.” “Not now” remains available.

The optional web-form control uses the following disclosure. This page describes the program but does not collect consent.

Communication Preferences
After enrollment, recipients can manage email and SMS delivery by notification category in Communication Preferences. SMS controls remain unavailable until the account holder has opted in, and enabling SMS does not automatically enable every notification category.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Recipients may also disable text notifications in the Participant Portal. One final confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out request is processed.

Consent And Privacy
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of OSN. OSN records the mobile number, date and time of consent, collection method, and disclosure version so that consent can be verified.
Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the SMS Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for complete details.
